For my Print 1 class this semester we're starting off with a book jacket project. It's going to be for a series of 3 books so I've been looking around for a series or collection of book covers that I'd like to redesign. I came across this Flickr set a while back and it's perfect to use as inspiration for this project.
After buying the book "Penguin By Design: A Cover Story 1935-2005," Joe Kral (click on his name to check out his other sets. He's a design nut! I love it!) started collecting Penguin & Pelican books and was kind enough to share his collection with the world!
